JACK SEYMOUR - BELLEVUE HILL

Jack Seymour is the founder of Fit Mamma, and heads up Fit Mamma Bellevue Hill. Jack has been a personal trainer in Sydney for more than 12 years, running BodyTech Health and Fitness. When Jack entered the world of fatherhood he was looking for mums and bubs exercise classes for his wife. He quickly realised that all mums and bubs classes were run outdoors where sessions were heavily dictated by the weather. He wasn't comfortable with the idea of his little girl being subject to the elements at such a young age. Something more appealing was necessary. And Fit Mamma was born.
Jack is extremely passionate about health and fitness. An excellent motivator when it comes to getting the most out of you. Easy going and fun. He draws on his years of experience and has created a range of fun, unique, applicable workouts to cater to all fitness levels and keep you coming back again and again.
Jack is married to his beautiful wife Laetitia ( of 6 years), has a gorgeous little girl, Luna (4.5 years old), and a little Reeve (17 months old).

NANNIES
You can rest assured that your bundles of joy are in good hands whilst you train. All our nannies hold the necessary qualifications, including but not limited to, Working With Children Check, First Aid, and a minimum 6 months experience with children, specifically newborns, infants, toddlers.
More than this, our nannies are incredibly caring, have loads of experience looking after infants, and will care for your child as if it were their own.

Bex is our Head Nanny, and Mamma Of Operations.
With years of experience working as a dedicated nanny to numerous families we think she is pretty well qualified for the role. Not only is Bex a very proud mamma to little Archie, she’s also one of the most genuine and caring people we have had the pleasure of meeting. You’ll love her.
